Invitation to Quote for the provision of Security Services
2023/01
The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations Office and other International Organisations in Vienna invites interested companies to quote for the provision of security services to premises at Schwindgasse 7/12A, 1040 Vienna, Austria. The quotation period will be from 5 December 2023 to 18:00 on 15 December 2023 (CEST).
Interested companies may email parveen_kaur@mfa.gov.sg to request quotation documents or more information.
You shall be deemed to have read this post and fully understood the contents of the quotation documents which constitute integral components of this invitation and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein.
All quotations must be sent by email to parveen_kaur@mfa.gov.sg ONLY and be addressed to Ms Parveen Kaur, Second Secretary, before the quotation deadline. Please note that only quotations received by email will be accepted. All other methods of submission will be disqualified. Please do not copy any other staff of the Permanent Mission in your email proposal.
Please note that the Permanent Mission of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or the whole or any part of any offer.
All cost or expenses related to preparing the Quote will be borne by you.
All information supplied to you by the Permanent Mission of Singapore, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not discussed to any third party.
The Permanent Mission of Singapore reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this post and the requirements listed in the Specifications or Conditions of Contract.
Your response should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of thirty (30) days from the closing date of this invitation.
All submissions should reach the Permanent Mission of Singapore no later than 15 December 2023 at 1800 hrs Central European Time (CEST). Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be published on the Permanent Mission of Singapore’s website at www.mfa.gov.sg/vienna-mission.
